By using SalesNora (“The Service”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). These terms are made available in English to avoid potential contradictions between translated versions.

Please read carefully to learn the legal facts when using SalesNora. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Account Terms

  • Access to The Service is provided through an authorized user account using a modern, compatible web browser or cellular phone app. Only one designated human person can use one user account. If you want several people to access the service, you must create individual user accounts by purchasing separate individual licenses.
  • User accounts must register using a valid, active business email address. The administrator of the account agrees that their registered email address is the official, binding channel of communication.
  • Users must maintain a fair, legitimate usage of The Service. SalesNora is strictly intended to be used manually by field sales executives, representatives, or managers who are closing business deals or auditing active field operations. While the volume of leads, notes, and uploaded invoice files is not locked, you are not permitted to automate high-volume actions, send mass-unsolicited emails, or create automated records at a frequency that cannot be humanly managed by a single individual. In cases of unfair usage, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account to maintain platform stability.
  • If we provide Open APIs to automate interactions with the Service, reasonable rate-limiting quotas may be enforced. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the API to overload our system, perform vulnerability probing, or test system constraints maliciously.
  • You are solely responsible for securing your passwords, maintaining strong password policies, and restricting their distribution. SalesNora and its employees will never ask you for your password via phone, email, or chat support. The secure form located on our official portal is the only valid location to authenticate yourself. The Service Provider will not be held liable for any data loss resulting from your failure to protect login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all contents, images, and data posted into your SalesNora accounts. You are not authorized to store data that violates local laws or which has been obtained illegally. You must not use the Service for any unauthorized or illegal purposes, nor violate copyright and trade regulations in your governing jurisdiction.

2. Payment, Subscriptions and Refunds

  • A valid credit card, debit card, net banking mandate, or verified PayPal/UPI account is required to activate and maintain a paying corporate account.
  • All invoices will be formally issued in Indian Rupees (INR) and United States Dollars (USD) only.
  • Once you complete payment, your corporate account will remain active for the specific duration set forth in your service agreement. Upon cancellation, your service remains active for the remaining prepaid period, and no cash refunds are issued.
  • The licensing amount you are billed is directly proportional to the number of active mobile app users and back-office accounts registered in your system.
  • The Service is billed in advance according to your selected billing period (such as annually) and is completely non-refundable. There will be no credits or refunds issued for partial months of usage, downgrade offsets, or unused months with an active account. In order to ensure fair treatment for all clients, no exceptions will be made.

3. Cancellation and Termination

  • You are solely responsible for initiating the proper cancellation of your account. Direct requests sent via email or standard phone call to our support staff are not considered valid cancellations. You must initiate cancellation directly through the administrator control panel of the SalesNora interface. During cancellation, you will be prompted to provide a brief feedback description to help us improve the platform.
  • All of your recorded customer logs, routes, check-ins, and uploaded invoices will be completely and permanently purged from our active systems 90 days after your cancellation takes effect. Once deleted, this structured database cannot be restored under any circumstance.
  • If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current prepaid period, you can continue to use the active platform capabilities until the expiration date of your current billing cycle. You will not be billed further.
  • Dexnora Technologies Pvt Ltd, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at the end of any subscription cycle with a 30-day prior written notice. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend accounts immediately in cases of suspected system abuse, security violations, or non-payment of licensing fees. In the event of account closure, you may request an export of your raw data within 30 days of deactivation.

4. Data Ownership and Security

  • Your data is strictly yours. You are and remain the sole legal owner of all records, customer details, check-ins, and invoices that you process. We claim no intellectual property rights over any materials you upload to the Service.
  • We will not access, distribute, or utilize your data except as strictly required to resolve customer support issues or compute aggregate anonymized system statistics. All employees of the Service Provider are bound by strict, written corporate non-disclosure agreements. Admins can revoke support staff access to their account logs at any time from the security settings.
  • You grant us the limited right to utilize your data in a strictly statistical, anonymized, and aggregated form combined with other customers for industrial trends communication (such as industry research, blog postings, or whitepapers).
  • Connection to our cloud systems is encrypted through industry-standard SSL protocols. Technical staff access is strictly restricted through secure encrypted keys and mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA). Our application undergoes regular vulnerability scanning to prevent SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and data leakage.
  • We replicate system databases in real time and maintain daily security backups. In the event of simple server failures, zero data is lost. In the event of catastrophic physical data center failures, the maximum theoretical data loss is restricted to 24 hours. Daily backups are reserved exclusively for system-level disasters. If you accidentally delete your local data and request a custom restoration, a recovery fee may apply, subject to prior approval.

5. Trademarks and Copyrights

SalesNora and its associated logos, layouts, dashboard interfaces, design structures, custom CSS, and visual system elements are copyrighted property © Dexnora Technologies Pvt Ltd. All rights reserved. You are strictly prohibited from duplicating, copying, reverse-engineering, or reproducing any portion of the HTML/CSS code or visual UX frameworks without our express prior written authorization. SalesNora relies on premium open-source frameworks and technologies which are licensed under their respective copyright holders.

6. Privacy & Customer References

Your privacy and corporate confidentiality are paramount to us. We manage and operate the SalesNora mobile GPS sales tracking application designed to simplify field force operations, route beat tracking, and distributor order booking. Please review our complete Privacy Policy to understand how your coordinates and data records are managed.

  • The mobile application tracks and gathers GPS location details in the background only when the representative is actively Checked/Punched-In for duty. This enables field visibility for managers. Background location tracking is instantly and completely deactivated the moment the representative clicks "Punch-Out" in the application.
  • You grant us the right to utilize your company name and brand logo as a commercial reference on our websites and marketing materials. If you write public reviews of our product on third-party channels, you authorize us to feature your name and profile picture in our reviews section. If you do not wish to be listed as a customer reference, simply notify us at our support address and allow us up to 15 business days to completely remove your branding assets.

7. Modifications to the Service

  • The Service Provider reserves the right at any time to modify, enhance, or permanently deprecate certain features of the active application without prior notice. We may temporarily suspend service access for scheduled technical maintenance, and will make reasonable commercial efforts to coordinate downtime during weekend or low-activity hours.
  • We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure for new customers at any time. Existing active subscribers will receive a 30-day prior written notice of any pricing changes before they apply on their next renewal cycle.
  • The Service Provider shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any service modification, price fluctuations, or temporary deactivation of the cloud platform.

8. General Conditions and Governing Law

  • Technical support is available via active email channels (hello@salesnora.com) and through our integrated in-app support module. Support services are active on standard business weekdays (Monday through Friday) from 10:00 AM IST to 5:00 PM IST. Standard operational inquiries can also be resolved through our online FAQs, guides, and documentation portals.
  • You agree not to resell, trade, replicate, or exploit any portion of the SalesNora platform or SaaS infrastructure for independent commercial gain without our express prior written agreement.
  • You must not upload, transmit, or spread code of a destructive or malicious nature, including server worms, ransomware, trojans, or scripts designed to compromise system security.
  • Only the **Indian Companies Act, 2013** and other applicable laws of the Republic of India will govern any formal legal proceedings related to the Company, its services, or this agreement. Any disputes arising from this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
  • Dexnora Technologies Pvt Ltd is a registered Indian private limited company based in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
